Shipping (duty paid)
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia with UPS Worldwide Expedited or a similar insured service.
- ✦Duties, taxes, and entry fees are built into the total where we can, so the doorstep bill is not a shock.
- ✦Parcels are insured to the declared value (carrier caps apply).
- ✦Outer boxes stay plain, as high value carriers prefer. The invoice inside is complete and accurate.
- ✦We do not use DHL for loose stones. Their terms prohibit that class of goods.
Two stones or more: shipping can often share one box. Ask about a pair rate if you are buying more than one.
Treatment and origin
Every product page puts the important notes near the top, not buried in fine print:
- ✦Whether the stone is heated or otherwise treated
- ✦Whether origin is supplier stated or lab confirmed
- ✦Any special care notes if they apply
We never claim unheated without lab proof. We never call Thai material Ceylon. Orange, padparadscha style, orangey pink, or very vivid yellow sapphires are treated carefully for diffusion risk until a proper lab says otherwise.
Certification
Stones priced above $400 include a laboratory report (GIA Bangkok, GIT, AIGS, or another lab named on the listing). The report ID is on the product page, and the physical report ships with the stone.
Returns and inspection
You may return an unused, unmounted stone within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the stone price, if:
- ✦The stone has not been set, altered, or damaged
- ✦Original packaging and lab report come back with it
- ✦Return shipping and insurance are paid by the buyer
- ✦We can match the returned stone to the original report
Shipping, duties, and insurance are not refundable. Stones that fail identity checks will not be refunded.
Cultural names
Names such as Pukhraj and Neelam are traditional names for yellow and blue sapphire. We do not claim any astrological, medical, or spiritual results from wearing a stone. We sell gemstones, not astrology.
Privacy and payments
Checkout on this website is a design preview for now. Live orders will use a proper payment setup (for example platform checkout with Payoneer). We never ask for payment through informal money transfer apps.
